Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email (fanialuco133@gmail.com).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods for US domestic orders:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather conditions.
2. International Shipping Policy
We do shipping to select international destinations. If your country is eligible, shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
WienerWag is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
4. Damages & Lost Packages
WienerWag is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to our facility (20830 Masella Ridge Drive, New Caney, Texas 77357), you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
